My name is Lauryn, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their inner strengths. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Sam Houston State University and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington.

With a strong foundation in both psychology and social work, I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy—meeting you where you are, without judgment, and working alongside you to create meaningful change. Whether you’re facing anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply need a space to process and reflect, I’m here to support you.
